About the Job

Hostmasternode Services Limited is currently hiring for few positions which will be based on Full-Time & Part-Time.

We're looking for community moderators to provide support to build and manage the health of the companyโ€™s social media communities, including publishing, responsive messaging and local events. You will have deep knowledge about all social media platforms, community management best practices and crypto currency market.

- Understanding of crypto and masternode coins in particular (what is PoS, masternode, as well as the mechanics of the
masternode coins, advantages/disadvantages of different MN coins, etc.)
- Manage social media communication through social channels.
- Increase positive engagement within our social communities to drive familiarity and favorability through content across
social media
- Partner with Community team to develop social media strategy and plans
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Monitor and moderate communities in real-time for positive engagement opportunities
- Analyze community insights, spot trends and report to team
- Work with subject matter experts as needed to craft responses and engage with communities real time on social media
- Work with Content Manager and Marketing team to develop content, identify audiences, and scheduling for social
platforms
- Works collaboratively with Community team and Marketing team to ensure strategic plans are in place and overall
content narrative, and design elements deliver on stated business and marketing objectives.
- Help organize and support local meet-up events and conferences to promote branding.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- 3+ years of experience working as a social media/community administrator.
- Experience developing and executing digital social media content and paid media plans based on business objectives
and campaign goals


Desired Qualifications/Experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence to speak up and defend their decisions and the self-awareness to do so
professionally
- Excellent written English and native language.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Telegram, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Discord.
- Experience developing content for social media platforms and is comfortable providing feedback on content.
- Experience developing reporting/analysis of social performance, channel performance, and audience sentiment;
understands how to translate performance into actionable insights.
- Result-driven, customer-oriented, and team player.
