If so, it’s time for a change & time to join RDX Works as our new Content Marketing Manager

You will be tasked with driving our content to the moon and will have the opportunity to bring the #RadixRevelation to the masses including how RDX Works is empowering developers to obsolete the traditional finance market and decentralize a broken $400 Trillion industry.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director, & the wider marketing team to drive and manage the growth of our content marketing, & get into the thick of our SEO performance whilst being encouraged to take risks along the way.

What are we looking for?

- You will need to understand and help execute the overall marketing plan, strategy and objectives in line with the business objectives, whilst also displaying strong project management skills to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans
- You understand what types of content work best on each platform online and off-, helping drive quality traffic, build brand awareness, support conversion and foster engagement within our community.
- You’ll strategize and develop RDX Works’ long-term content creation and marketing plans, research and develop ideas/ topics to write about, working with stakeholders across the business.
- You’ll help to develop RDX Works’ brand tone of voice and champion its consistent application across all content touchpoints.
- You’ll manage the process of optimising all existing content and ensure all new content is in line with SEO best practices, marketing objectives and new opportunities.
- You’ll have great attention to detail with the ability to deliver clear, grammatically correct, compelling and engaging copy that is consistently on brand across various media and formats.
- You’ll be given the creative freedom & autonomy to devise some radical and boundary-pushing content ideas whilst managing a content marketing budget & ROI.

What do you need?

- You have demonstrable commercial experience as a Content Marketing Manager, having understood your audience and written and/or sourced engaging, create quality content for the tech & start-up spaces. FinTech, DeFi, Crypto, and Blockchain experience would be a huge bonus, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
- Experience in developing and deploying SEO-optimised content campaigns and marketing toolkits for global markets is a must.
- Proficiency with content management platforms such as WordPress.
- You are comfortable using analytical tools, such as SEMRush, Ahrefs and Google Analytics to generate accurate reporting.
- You must be comfortable taking the lead & managing projects, whilst balancing mentoring other team members.
