About us:

We, Crypto Asset Rating Inc or CAR, are a startup working in the Crypto Asset space with an aim to bring transparency and credibility in this domain. We are developing a comprehensive rating framework for the Cryptoassets on the similar ground of S&P, Moody's and Fitch Rating.

We are developing a combination of centralized and Blockchain based decentralized rating process which would involve community analysts. We intend to provide a fair, transparent and unbiased evaluation for each Crypto Asset.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Founder-CEO who can work with the leadership team very closely to help implement the initiatives as taken by the company.

The role will primarily involve the following (but not limited to):

- Work as an Executive Assistant to the MD/Chairman

- Project Planning - Oversee initiatives and ensure implementation of the strategies/ initiatives proposed by the leadership team

- Involve with Security/Corporate functions and interact with stakeholders to enable effective coordination of various activities, and provide relevant information and assistance to the CEO

- Monitoring - Constant follow-up to get things done

- Reporting - Design dashboards and update the leadership team

- Correspondence, Media, communication

- Prepare strategic document in Word doc, Excel, PPT etc

- Strong analytical bent of mind

- This position doesn't offer compensation in any fiat currency. You will receive our Legally Compliant Security tokens worth $18K for a total contract period of two years

Please understand following terms:

1) Location: Remote

2) Timing: Flexible, possibly after 7 pm IST or (after 9.30 am EST)

3) Payment:

- In future as and when we launch our Crypto token, Crypto Tokens worth of $18,000.00 with a vesting period of two years. These tokens are Security tokens (in the financial word) so it has 12 months lockup time from the end of our STO.

- Executive Assistant / Adviser shall receive tokens mention in the compensation for the performance of the service. Twenty-five (25%) percentage of the tokens shall vest after three months from the End Date of the STO. Thereafter, 1/18th of the tokens shall vest each month so that one hundred percent (100%) of the shares shall be vested in two years

- We will sign Token Agreement with you that give an assurance of the token payment.

- If you perform well in the first month then you are eligible to get - INR 15,000 per month from 2nd month apart from $18000 worth of tokens

4) We will offer you an agreement as an STO Adviser and the role as Executive Assistant to CEO

5) Tokens can be sold on the exchange after two years and converted to other currencies if tokens are available to sell on worldwide exchange

6) Prime role is explained in the job description

7) Total positions: Two

8) Based on your performance, there is an opportunity to get 0.0001% to 0.001% Equity shares of the company

9) Tokens will be transferred to your wallet after an end of the STO, based on the vesting schedule

10) Start date: Immediate

11) Approximate hours: 20-25 hours per week

Our leadership team will train you initially on business model and terminology. CEO will personally train you on many things.

Communication will primarily go through Skype calls or WhatsApp calls, emails, and we can bring few other tools if required.
