About the Job

Our client is a Swiss Crypto-FinTech developing a custody bank for cryptocurrencies and tokens, focusing on institutional investors (e.g.Crypto Hedge Funds) as well as HNWIs. On their behalf, we are looking for a CTO to lead, develop, and execute our technological roadmap and complement our executive management team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Responsibility along with the rest of the executive management team to
define technological vision and roadmap
– Leadership of overall product development (custody as well as trading
infrastructure)
– Management of technical team comprised of custody/cryptographic as
well as trading infrastructure experts
– Ownership of technology budget and ensuring that projects are
completed on time and within scope
– Close collaboration and management of third-party providers

Requirements

– Experience in Financial Services, FinTech and/or Banking and Asset Management required – Experience with Core Banking Systems required
– Experience in blockchain/cryptocurrencies required
– Insatiable appetite for learning and sharing new trends in technology
– Experience with leadership of team of developers

Location
Zug/Zurich or remote (Long-term move to Switzerland/Germany desirable)

Compensation
Up to 150k EUR + equity package
