About the Job

Coinected.io is a fintech company, developing secure and global peer-to-peer marketplace platform allowing people to buy and sell a wide range of cryptocurrencies with any local currency. We are utilizing the power of blockchain and smart contracts to ensure complete safety of funds and transactions.
We are young, but experienced and dedicated team with presence on two continents. We are currently at a pre-seed stage, finalizing our MVP and looking for people with the right skills and mindset to join our journey.
Right now we are looking for a Growth Hacker / Digital Marketer (Intern), that is ambitious, creative, and resourceful, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, to be involved in creating and executing our initiation growth plan. You will be responsible for setting up our marketing channels, analysing data, create content, customer awareness and building our brand into becoming the industry leader. You will be working very closely with CEO and COO.
This position is fully remote.

We are looking for:
• Experience working as a digital marketer / growth hacker
• Experience from full-life cycle marketing campaigns; launch, manage, follow-up
• Understanding the role and usage of various marketing channels and tools
• Appreciate the importance of content and branding
• Great creative writing skills
• Knowledge and passion for data-driven performance-marketing
• Analysing data and working closely with management to improve customer
experience and conversions
• Interest and basic understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• Creative with a outside-the-box mentality
• Willingness to grow into becoming our Marketing Manager

Nice to have:
• Passion for technology, product and user experience
• Previous start-up experience
• Collect and analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable
insights for future growth
• Ability to work independently and deliver your own solutions to problems
