About us
Holo is a distributed cloud platform and marketplace that enables the hosting of peer-to-peer applications by everyday users connected to the Internet. Holo is an app built on Holochain, our new open source, framework infrastructure technology for distributed peer-to-peer applications. Holochain is lightning fast, massively scalable, cost effective, resource efficient, and eco-friendly.

To help fuel the growth of new patterns of technology and social interaction, we are also seeding the growth of a Holochain application (hApp) ecosystem and training a developer community that will build many more apps.

What you’ll do:
- Create personas and messages for each of our audiences, developed with deep understanding of target adopters and verticals
- Positioning and framing Holo & Holochain for different audiences including owning brand identities and ensuring that brands are fresh across our assets
- Coordinate marketing activities for Holo, Holochain and HoloFuel including SEO, Marketing events inc Webinars, Social Media, article publishing, video publishing, websites, landing pages, funnels
- Collaborate across marketing functions: social media, design, web development, PR campaigns, online community managers, content & writing, multi-media development, to ensure coordination, alignment, and success
- Establish effective analytics and tracking
- Provide clear, regular and consistent reporting
- Introduce effective marketing automation and sales tools
- Manage journalist and research
- Connect into various sales pipelines e.g. support efforts to increase the prospect & customer pipeline by developing compelling customer-facing messaging, collateral, and product demonstrations for different target market segments
- Build, manage, run and review campaigns
- Collaborate with product & executive leadership to continually refine go-to-market strategies
- Work cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization including sales, product, customer success, engineering, and finance

Who you are/skills you have:
- Experience having run a marketing team
- 7+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue
- Amazing eye for content, tone of voice and product positioning
- Strong technical foundation, including experience working with SaaS products
- Extensive customer interaction experience, insight into the consumer mind
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in sales, marketing, and customer experience tools/systems, and/or in the sales, marketing, or customer experience verticals
- Strategic, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Tireless work ethic with superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experienced in and enjoyment of entrepreneurial businesses and cultures

And in an ideal world:
- Experience having been Director of a Saas or PaaS marketing team during early stages
- Marketing or business degree (commensurate work experience will be considered)
- Ideally familiar with cryptocurrency and passionate about community, sustainable business, deep wealth, collective intelligence, and/or biomimicry/nature
