"Must have experience in Delivering and Implementing the projects in:

1. Responsible for close coordination with the Market Operations team and Data Analytics team
2. Able to technically lead software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsive design, development and acceptance testing, BI frameworks, and development engineering work
3. In charge of working closely with the China technical team to develop and maintain core trading systems
4. Delegate tasks to team members and track the progress of the tasks against the plan and ensuring timely completion of the tasks
5. In charge of recruitment of front-end development, back-end development, and testing personnel
6. Able to lead, manage and mentor team
7. Monitor progress and provide timely updates to management"

Job Requirements:
1. At least a BA in Programming related major
2. Min. 5 years experience in Internet software development engineering & 2 years experience in leading and managing a team
3. Proficient in at least one Golang/C++/PHP programming language with a deep understanding of its operating principles
4. Possesses past experience of developing a large-scale Internet system that is usable and high-performing with high concurrent processing ability
5. Familiar with HTTP, TCP/IP protocols
6. Familiar with Unix/Linux operating systems principles & the usage of Shell Tool
7. Proficient in Mysql/Oracle etc. Open Source Database and SQL tuning
8. Familiar with common Open Source Databases like NoSql, MQ, etc
9. Possesses good analytical skills and problem-solving ablity
