Shift Markets is a financial technology services provider, committed to creating innovative solutions within the cryptocurrency ecosystem that improve global access to crypto assets. Our growth has created an opportunity for an experienced, Enterprise Technology Sales Specialist on our team, to work in our New York City office. Qualified candidates are already professionally involved in the digital asset space and are ready to share their in-depth experience with customers.

Qualified candidates must also have a thorough understanding of front-end development, although programming skills are not required. We are looking for someone with a background in technical sales or sales engineering, who can effortlessly help customers understand how our technical solutions can solve their problems. This role also involves outbound sales.

Key Duties
· Responsible for finding leads, closing sales, and explaining the technology to customers
· Perform outreach and initiate conversations with prospects
· Develop business relationships with long-term outcomes
· Make presentations and deliver technical demos to customers
· Be the go-to for customer questions about our how our technology works
· Meet sales goals while also prioritizing client needs

Requirements
· Exceptionally polished and articulate
· Expert lead generation & prospecting skills
· Advanced presentation skills
· Able to fluently communicate concepts related to financial technology and cryptocurrency
· Able to skillfully deliver seamless technical product demos
· In-depth understanding of front-end development and APIs.
· Proficient with Asana and Zoho CRM
· Extensive background in technology, digital assets, and trading is required
· Sales engineering skills are a strong plus

Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
· Professional experience with cryptocurrency
· Bachelor’s degree

This is a full-time role based on-site for 3 days per week in our New York City office, but will start as a remote-based role. This position is not intended for Colorado.
Salary depends on experience and is base + commission.
