The Company:
We are a decentralized ICO Venture Capital Fund investing in disruptive Blockchain/Crypto projects. We provide companies with $0.5M - $1.5M in venture capital financing, Blockchain incubation and global compliant ICO execution. In doing so we provide trust, confidence and recurring income to ICO crowd investors for their investments in scalable blockchain projects.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our team! Your job will be an integral part of how we grow and evolve our brand and communicate to the crypto/blockchain/ICO/fintech/investor community. You will work on big-picture design challenges as well as fast turnaround projects – and everything in between. From feature announcements to landing pages to marketing emails and print collateral, your primary tasks will involve designing and executing our brand vision across various marketing communications.

The role is best suited for a visual thinker and communicator who can quickly grasp core messages and bring them to life. You will report directly to the CMO.

Job Description:
• Create high end visual designs for our website, flyers, rollups, business cards, brochures, backdrops, presentations, documents & digital marketing campaigns.
• Full concept and design of marketing emails, landing pages, video treatments,
print marketing collateral and social media assets.
• Own the creative direction of the Blog & other media channels, including photo
manipulation for articles, relevant infographics and illustrations.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designer and product & marketing teams.
• Work with external agencies on specific project needs.
• Articulate your ideas and convincingly communicate your designs to the team.
• Juggle several different projects with good intuition about when to create pixel-
perfect designs vs. when to take a low-fi approach.

You Are:
• Someone with a great design sensibility and hands-on craftsmanship.
• A skilled graphic, brand or digital designer who has designed beautiful brands, communication design materials, digital marketing campaigns and/or interfaces.
• A strategic thinker/maker who understands the big picture while having excellent visual standards and attention to detail
• Self-motivated who’s able to work independently, and can manage multiple projects under minimal supervision
• A great communicator.

Requirements:
• 5+years visual design experience in brand or product marketing.
• Passionate about creating unique content and compelling marketing messages.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and
InDesign), Keynote, and Sketch.
• A portfolio demonstrating your conceptual design thinking and execution across
various touch points including web and mobile.
• Exceptional attention to detail including typography, color usage and layout.
• Dependable team player with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, intellectual
curiosity and passionate spirit.
• Ability to work indepently and collaboratively in a fluid environment.
• Willingness to share your process and work-in-progress with the team – and to
accept feedback and incorporate insights into your designs
• Highly organized; able to multi-task and work efficiently with focus.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
