About the Job

We are looking for a talented Head of Community Management to moderate and engage in meaningful discussions that matter to our community. You will manage the networkโ€™s image and voice to the community with the goal to please them, activate them, and convert them to vivid supporters.

As our Head of Community Management, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest crypto news and trends.

The position can be carried out decentrally from any location.

REQUIREMENTS

Your key responsibilities:

- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategy
- Provide engaging text, image and video content consistent with the NeuronChain brand guideline
- Build and work with a team of community managers in 3 different time zones active 24/7
- Hire, educate and lead your team of community managers
- Manage and coordinate your team on a variety of community channels (Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, Medium)
- Build relationships with influencers, community members and industry professionals
- Respond to comments and community queries in a timely manner
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Monitor and report on community feedback and reviews
- Liaise with business and technology development to stay updated on new products and features
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fintech and crypto trends

Required skills and experience:

- Proven work experience and results as a community manager
- Very well connected in the crypto community with access to multiplicators
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building forums, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series etc.)
- Data driven approach with the ability to identify and track relevant community engagement metrics
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to multitask
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
