At the forefront of the FinTech revolution this company has identified a gap in the market for the lending and borrowing of digital assets. This exciting new business is leading innovation and bringing institutional securities lending to the digital asset economy.

As part of the management team in this progressive company, you’ll enjoy exposure to all operational areas of the business and will be required to improve and positively impact how it works, whilst developing your career as it scales.

You’ll be busy ensuring that the business platform and business operations that support it operate effectively and deliver a best-in-class service. You’re provide global oversight, management and support for the platform, local and international sales teams, account managers and client facing colleagues, ensuring that there is a seamless client journey and experience.
• Managing and leading a small operations team in Gibraltar and future sales and support teams based overseas.
• Providing global operational support to the business platform.
• Delivering a best-in-class client on-boarding process that ensures a timely, efficient, knowledge led and responsive customer journey and experience.
• Ensuring that operational business services are provided that maximise client retention and the lifetime value of clients.
• Supervisory role over collateral management processes and reconciliation.
• Providing oversight of the delivery of settlement processes.
• Establishing relevant internal performance management metrics and KPI’s and reporting structures to enable effective reporting and analysis of business performance.
• Providing ongoing operational advice, insight and recommendations to the local and international management teams
You have:
• Proven experience as a Head of Operations or Operations Manager within a Cryptocurrency, Payments, e-money or Trading business.
• Operational management and leadership experience, preferably within a start-up or young business environment.
• Ability to successfully motivate, coach and lead team members as a business scales from a start-up environment.
• Knowledge and experience of financial services regulation and legal requirements and controls.
• Strong familiarity with operational best practices within a regulated financial business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Integrity and professional ethics, business acumen, teamwork and attention to detail
• A self-starter who relishes the challenge of working in a fast-paced FinTech business
