About Us

HPEC is a small young startup building the future of physician interactions through its decentralized identity mobile application for doctors. When you need a doctor in the future you will come to our network, because it is secure, trusted and decentralized.

We are building the decentralized healthcare ecosystem of the future and making it easier for patients to find the right physician while also making it easier for those physicians to care for patients free from the friction of the current landscape. We first give physicians a professional decentralized identity and credential wallet and as people join, we create a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) of Physicians. It is through this DAO that the physician community can see and be seen in order to collaborate towards the best patient care.

We are building our foundational team of people who agree that our current healthcare system is broken and are excited by this opportunity to fundamentally restructure how patients get care. About The Role

HPEC is looking for a passionate Head of Product to drive the product roadmap for the company products. This includes our decentralized identity and credentialing system - currently in beta, and mobile app that is currently on the iOS and Google Play Stores. You will be joining our small team to prioritize, develop, test and ship core mobile app features. You will also work closely with the founder to implement pilot projects with the credential issuing system. As an early startup team member you will initially wear many hats, and work cross-functionally across product, development design, testing and marketing to later hand off these tasks to others as the company grows with the opportunity to become an equity holding founding team member.

🌠 Responsibilities will include:

🥇 Lead the development team in creating and implementing the product road map.
📝 Act as scrum master and lead daily standups.
🪄 Create and implement release management plans.
🎨 Design and implement QA tests for the mobile application along with our QA tester.
🗂 Manage and massage our backlog of issues.
🧏🏽‍♂️Listen to and understand customer feedback, and respond to product suggestions

📃 Responsibilities may include:

🕵🏻‍♂️ Research and suggest systems to manage the product and product team.
👩🏼‍💻Research and suggest new product development and refinements for existing products
👀 Implement any necessary audience research prior to implementing new features
✍🏿 Basic designing in Figma
🚦Providing product information and demos to potential users and customers.
💰Work with the founder to determine the product's pricing strategies and business model
🛣Working with the founder and team to drive go-to-market strategy including shaping product narratives and customer strategies, audience segmentation, end-to-end product messaging and positioning, and execute full funnel launch plans
🔑 Influence and articulate the strategy for the HPEC product line

🎯 Basic Qualifications

💻 5+ years demonstrated experience in Product Management.
📲 3+ years experience shipping mobile applications to the iOS and Google Play Stores
🕐 Experience interviewing, hiring and managing technical teams in an agile framework.
🚀 Experience building and executing strategic product launch plans
🌟 Proficient in articulating complex information and analyses at various altitudes to executive leaders and tactical marketers

🩺 Experience selling to physicians or working within the healthcare industry
🪢Experience with community applications DAO’s or decentralized applications.
💯Experience in demand generation and/or performance marketing
