About the Job

About the Role:

You will lead a lean but experienced team of developers and your goal is to increase the game’s value through delivery of a great dashboard and reporting platform for gaming guilds . The role is on of the key product roles within the Rebel Bots project. As a major stakeholder of the organization, the lead product for the Guild management platform strongly influences short and long term strategy in terms of onboarding new guilds and new players to out game.

Who we are:

Xoilium is developing a new Play-To-Earn game called Rebel Bots- Xoil Wars, it is a cross platform card battle game, players will be able to play, progress,and earn in a single player or multiplayer sci-fi themed game taking place in outer space.

Our Vision is to create a leading game franchise within the blockchain games space by building the Rebel Bots brand with several gaming titles. Players will be able to use the characters they own in all games within the Rebel Bots Universe. Among our goals is to create a truly social gameplay which enables players to join forces with other players and exprience both casual and competitive gameplay.

Your Responsibilities

Work with a team of experienced and talented developers and art designers to create an intuitive and easy to use management tool for guilds to measure their player’s main KPIs in the Rebel bots game.
Build the product vision and initial roadmap
Write detailed product design documents which will include wireframes and flow charts.
Prioritize building a great experience for the users by understanding internal and external guild and their users pain points and looking for ways to solve them.
Utilize different information-gathering strategies to understand, but also anticipate current needs of the users,
Gather, synthesize, analyze, and challenge the requirements from different stakeholders.

Ensure code quality and UX matches our high standards.
Release a bug free management tool according to roadmap and schedule
Keep upgrading and improving the product based on user’s feedback
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in leading the production of online dashboards, experience in crypto currency or blockchain related platforms or products is a BIG advantage.
Intensive knowledge of game industry trends and game related metrics and KPIs
Is highly data and analysis- driven
Demonstrated leadership skills- has successfully led teams
Native or close to native English skills
Has great communication skills and can speak across different platforms
Outstanding communication, and leadership skills as well as a team player attitude,
Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
Able to work within the CET timezone
