About the Job

Burgeoning BaaS ERP Platform from Toronto.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Demonstrated expertise with several of the following languages: C/C++, JavaScript, Rust, Python,
• Experience with IPFS and data-integration framework systems
• Experience with Smart Contract development frameworks(e.g. Truffle)
• Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, etc…)
• Experience with database infrastructure and access in a Distributed Cloud or containerized environments preferred
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting – experience in writing scalable, testable, rewritable code
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE
Technical & Professional Knowledge/Skills - Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of blockchain/distributed ledger technologies, as well as keeping up with, and understanding interoperability solutions.
Planning and Organizing – Establishes courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently and according to schedule
Work Standards - Setting high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed
