Lead Developer ~ Central London (Part-Remote) ~ rblock.co

We're looking for a superstar technical leader - you will drive technology choices, strategy, hiring from prototype to delivery and beyond. This is an opportunity to get involved in an early stage, greenfield, Blockchain project. This is a hands-on role so we are happy to consider engineers of any level, who have the right attitude.

No prior Blockchain experience is required - but any knowledge and experience you have of the technology will be a real bonus.

Your DNA:
- Background in JS programming, mastered Node.js
- Clean coding best practice, TDD a must, a chance to learn == BDD
- Understands the DOM and how to dissect it
- Practical DevOps experience; CI, CD best practice
- Experience of artificial intelligence and ML models
- Working knowledge of IPFS and decentralised storage
- Experience or desire to learn; Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture techniques; DDD
- Understands hashing and basic cryptography concepts

Your Day to Day:
~ You will be a lead member of our technical team working to release regular iterations of the product
~ Responsible for setting up our entire application platform through from build to release
~ Hands-on development: expertise - analyse product specifications, design implementations, write code and rapidly deliver features
~ Contribute technical ideas and suggestions to enhance the direction of the product
~ Write efficient, maintainable and reusable code and tests.
~ Review analytics and performance metrics to draw conclusions and drive change.
