About the Job

a-Qube is the first decentralized Marketplace of Ideas, a p2p Mobile Incubator where Ideas have value and all the participants are rewarded in a meritocratic way, based on the value of their contribution for the community.

We rely on a proprietary Consensus Algorithm, and our system uses Game Theory, Blockchain and Storytelling tools in order to break the prototyping process into easy-executable, self-filtering tasks and turn rough Ideas into Profitable Assets.

As we are preparing for our Prototype launch in June 2019, and our ICO in Q3 2019, we are now looking for an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer / Product Manager to join our core team.

Need to have:
1. This is a Core Team position - min 5 years as a Mobile App UX/UI Designer / Product Manager in International Business / Startup environment are required.
2. Outstanding Personality - natural born leader and good team-player. Able to work independently and manage a remote creative team.

3. Natural talent with multidisciplinary experience and personal approach.

4. At least three (3+) years of experience in Gamification & User Research and Mobile Development.

5. Native or Bilingual proficiency in the English language.

Good to have:
1. Creative Design, drawing, painting and any other creative talent are a huge plus.

2. Experience with collaborative platforms and ideally with fundraising platforms

3. Knowledge / Experience / Understanding of Brand Archetypes, Blockchain and P2P Networks
