We are aligned with some of the best clients and projects currently (and soon to be!) on the market, and our rapidly growing team requires a highly specialised Product Manager, as we continue in our quest to dominate this industry.

You’ll be someone ideally with direct experience in a Crypto/Fintech environment together with a commercial mindset!

Responsibilities:
-Act as a Product Manager operating across a scaled agile team, focusing on the delivery of technical features
-Own product development from conception to launch
-Develop product enablement strategy
-Being able to liaise with marketing to ensure roadmap deliveries/project updates are communicated through our social, PR and paid for strategies
-Collaborate with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap
-Use and manipulate data effectively to measure, analyze and optimize the success of the products you develop.
-Combine data driven insights with product vision & strategy to design new features and improvements to maximize impact and growth

Requirements:
-3-5 years of product experience or equivalent. We are looking for candidates at multiple seniority levels
-Strong knowledge and passion for Cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs
-Commercially driven mindset
-The ability to collaborate well with designers and engineers
-An analytical and data-driven work style
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
-Someone who gets things done and makes an impact
-An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
