About Us

Amplify was formed in February 2022 after Web3 business Chapel acquired Bristol-based music and creator smartlinking startup Amplify.link. The post-acquisition business – now named Amplify – will use Web3 innovation to bring together and empower artists and creators to thrive in the modern world, giving them the ability to create long lasting income from live gigs- after the gigs are over, using DeFi (decentralised finance instruments powered by blockchain technology).

What you’ll be doing

You will be supporting the implementation and further development of our digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will become a key part of Amplify, working internally to grow our community and externally to build relationships with musicians, influencers and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will report into the Chief Marketing Officer and will work as a part of a small but growing marketing team. The purpose of this role will be to assist the CMO with a range of digital marketing activities, including:

Social media channel management (Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)

Publishing and managing social campaigns based on detailed content calendars

Content creation (written and visual content)

Setting up and managing email campaigns

Copywriting

Blog management (Using WordPress CMS)

Community engagement including proactive engagement (Across Discord and social media)

Influencer marketing (outreach and engagement)

Analyse and report on digital campaigns –
Google Analytics and social

Booking podcast guests

You will also have the opportunity to influence our overall marketing strategy and make your mark in the business

Aside from those there may be other ad hoc duties required to support the wider team with their workloads.



Required skills

About You

Experience within a digital marketing role, managing social channels and campaigns
Passionate about music and creators

An in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital and social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, with an understanding how each platform can be used in different scenarios for different purposes

Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, memes, technologies and tools
Excellent content creation skills

Track record of being part of a team that has grown traffic, community and profile for a business

Proactive do-er who is happy to get stuck into the detail

Thoughtful team player who is able to work autonomously

Clear communicator, with strong written and verbal skills

Creative thinker who also enjoys the crafting and doing

Brilliant multi-tasker who can juggle multiple campaigns at once

Relationship builder

Desire to learn and explore new technologies

Driven and determined individual who wants to be part of something bigger, revolutionising the way artists and creators get paid

*We will also consider candidates who don’t have as much formal experience if you have an impressive track record of growing social media accounts to scale and understand social media intuitively. We can teach you the rest.


Experience, Knowledge and skills it would be nice to have:

Experience or knowledge of Web3

Comfortable on camera or hosting online discussion (Twitter spaces, Discord etc)

PPC campaign setup and management

SEO experience
