About the Job

We believe great people create great products. Bitwala is building, together with their partnerbank, the first of its kind bank for the blockchain generation - to manage cryptocurrencies and your everyday Euro expenses from one account - and we need your help! We are a team of 22 internationals from 9 countries working in Berlin.

We are aiming to grow exponentially during the second half of 2018 and expect a significant amount of that growth to be driven through content marketing and conversion rate optimisation.

You’ll be responsible for leading that growth in the German speaking market and will work closely with the marketing, design and product teams.

We are always testing new channels, campaigns and partners so you’ll be in the center of helping us to conquer these audiences. Most importantly your insights will help build the first blockchain driven bank and you will have the freedom to set your own adventures.


Requirements

Strong German copywriting skills (native German speaker)

Video editing skills

Expertise defining metrics to measure success and systems tracking progress

Working knowledge of SEO and influencer marketing

Know how to build and maintain online communities and a dedicated social media following

Proficient English

1-2 years of experience

Bonus points #NailingIt

Worked in a FinTech, blockchain company or a neo-bank within the DACH region

Familiar with AdWords and FacebookAds

Fluent in French or Italian
