About the role
We are looking for a results-driven growth marketer with experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition and designing scalable media strategies. Our ideal candidate is a passionate, entrepreneurial and results-driven problem-solver who wants to work in an early stage business, start-up environment.

Our mission is to make digital currency investments simple, safe and secure for everyone and we are building the next generation of cryptocurrency services for the fast-growing community of digital currency investors - many of whom are new to crypto. We’re setting out to solve all the problems that exist around owning cryptocurrency with a products and services that are fair, transparent and easy to use.

We are a Cardiff-based fintech / insurtech start up so you will be in at the beginning working with us to change the way people accumulate, hold and manage their cryptocurrency. This will be a fun and dynamic, yet challenging role which will suit someone who is focused, embraces change and wants to create something completely new.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the optimisation and growth of all performance channels.
You’ll research and explore new channels and create and launch different campaigns and initiatives from scratch.
Set, manage and execute SEO, PPC and Paid Social strategy, planning, tracking, optimisation and reporting, analysis and optimisation on various self-serve platforms.
Analyse campaign performance to identify both incremental and step changes in performance and ROI as well as driving new areas of growth.
Identify and test opportunities to improve and scale performance through new techniques, technology and efficiency gains.
Work with product design, engineering and operations teams to develop the product, drive adoption and maximise product engagement.
Manage the forecasting channel performance and costs.
Requirements
3 years of marketing experience including PPC campaign management, SEO and social.
Passionate about digital marketing and about making a real contribution to a growing business.
Obsessed with metrics, you monitor and measure performance closely, and optimize each initiative as necessary.
You understand how consumer-facing products are built and are comfortable working with a technical team.
You are hands-on and able to align your marketing strategy to a wider business strategy.
A creative thinker, full of ideas and enthusiasm.
A strong drive to achieve targets and quick to react when necessary.
You’re flexible; we’re a start up so things will change quickly and you’ll be designing lots of different things.
You don’t need to be a cryptocurrency geek but we are someone willing to immerse themselves in this young, exciting and fast-growing sector.
