We have a catalogue of solid software engineering fundamentals, a deep understanding of the blockchain, smart contracts and tokenomics, and a creative first-class UI/UX philosophy. We're developer-driven and leave a trail of solid dapps and happy customers in our wake.

We're looking for a creative mid/senior Front-end Developer for ongoing contractural projects, with the possibility of becoming part of the Flex family moving forward.

You'll have the skills to independently and autonomously scope, build and deliver short-term projects, as well as manage time, expectations and quality.

You'll be highly proficient at interpreting designs and building creative/custom, responsive web3-based apps in Javascript (React/Node/Web3), preferably without the need to fall back on UI libs for components or styling. You'll have intimate knowledge of the fundamentals, including HTML5/CSS3/ES6, connecting the UI to the Ether, state hydration & management, routing, component based (DRY) architecture, and have a good understanding of the web3 landscape.

You'll often be interfacing with the design team to have input into wireframes and designs, and you'll have the ability to creatively turn those designs into a gamified/living UI, quickly and efficiently, while managing the balance of time vs quality.
