What are WE looking for?
We are searching for a strategic, skilled and results oriented Overseas Sales Director to manage our growing sales team based in the Asia Pacific region. This role reports to the CEO.

How will YOU contribute to the Team?
1. Responsible for creating the overseas (Outside China) sales plan and forming and executing sales strategy according to customers and market situations
2. Lead CRM database, making sure all customer data is accurate and maintained
3. Identify and maintain customer profile data, understand the main types of business customer and the best method to sell to them
4. Organize and lead relevant personnel to confirm the requirements of customers
5. Negotiate, review and responsible for the sales contracts
6. Stay on the pulse of competitive products
7. Account manage, handle complaints and information of unqualified products from customers, manage client feedback database and address with clients and internal teams ongoing
8. Lead and provide pre-sale and after-sale services
9. Responsible for the sales team daily management, help establish, supplement, develop and cultivate the sale team, stimulate the team strength and improve work efficiency.
10. Drive overseas sales with your own KPIs and managing KPIs for the sales team
11. Strategically manage large accounts and make sure renewals take place
12. Convert, upsell and cross-sell customers to other company products and services
Do YOU have what it takes to succeed?
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or business English related is preferred
2. Proficient in English writing, reading, translation and speaking, native speaker level
3. You have at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B sales
4. Working experience in overseas (outside China) sales management is preferred
5. Able to lead a team independently
6. Your sales skills includes:
a. strategic sales planning
b. pipeline management
c. relationship building
d. digital market knowledge
e. negotiation skills
f. presentation skills
g. analytical skills
h. people management
i. creative and bold sales strategy
j. You have strong experience and knowledge in one or more of the following:
-complex technical sales for B2B
-cloud or large enterprise sales solutions
