About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal (2-4 years related work experience) to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative individual who has demonstrated academic achievement, strong data analytical skills, and has the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team. Applicants for this role should have a minimum 2-4 years of work experience in a law firm, investment bank, or other financial services firm or related experience specific to blockchain and Private Placement investments.

Responsibilities of the Paralegal:

Working with the group's Legal and Compliance, deal teams and outside counsel on deal closings
Completing information requests related to fund closings (e.g., Smart Contracts, KYC/AML requests)
Implementing new processes and creating operational efficiencies for transaction closings
Assisting in managing NDA review and portfolio amendments
Monitoring and responding to various legal information requests
Assisting on other Ad-Hoc projects

Requirements of the Paralegal:

2-4 years of related work experience
Undergraduate degree
Experience in transactional matters
Familiarity with legal documentation
Superior organizational and communication skills
Strong sense of personal integrity
Ability to manage tight timelines and prioritize diverse tasks
Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
