About the role
We are looking for a proven product manager who is experienced in planning, designing and delivering B2B SAAS products. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and entrepreneurial problem-solver who wants to work in an early-stage business, start-up environment.

Our mission is to make digital currency investments simple, safe and secure for everyone and we are building the next generation of cryptocurrency services for the fast-growing crypto ecosystem.

We are a Cardiff-based fintech / insurtech start up so you will be in at the beginning working with us to change the way people hold and manage their cryptocurrency. We have so much stuff to do and we want to release and learn as quickly as we can. This will be a challenging role which will suit someone who is focused, embraces change and wants to create something completely new.

Responsibilities
Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Coincover.
Know our customers and their problems and identify opportunities to improve their experience using Coincover.
Track and analyse the performance of our products and incorporate key learnings into your product optimisation strategies.
Own the numbers. Define KPIs for your product, analyse the impact of changes and provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with UX design, engineering and operations teams to develop the product, drive adoption and maximise product engagement.
Work with the wider team and marketing to develop new feature propositions, helping to shape the voice of the product and reach the right market to grow a loyal customer base.
Requirements

At least 3 years experience developing and managing software products in high growth, competitive or fast-moving industries.
Experience leading small, agile cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and targets.
Interest in, and passion for, technology and customer experience.
