We’re on a mission to bring crypto investing to the mainstream. Our first product takes the hassle out of decentralized trading.

Totle’s first product is a decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator and portfolio manager for trading ERC-20 tokens. By aggregating the orderbooks of the top DEXs, Totle provides the most convenient, liquid Ethereum-based token trading platform.

Totle takes a usability-first approach. Users shouldn't have to sacrifice design and ease-of-use to reap the benefits of the decentralized technology of the blockchain.

We’re assembling a team of seasoned crypto investors, entrepreneurs, engineers and technologists.

About the role:
This person will play a critical role in expanding our product development process to ensure that the product stays on plan and meets our high-level strategic objectives. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and deliver while helping to grow a global team.

Product Managers at Totle have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, and monitoring for one or more of Totle’s projects or initiatives.

The role of the encompasses many activities including:

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, wireframes, prototypes and documentation.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

This position is completely remote and does not require presence in the office. However, if you are in the Detroit area, and you'd like some company, you are welcome to work from our offices located in Birmingham, MI.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Product Management experience
- Strong technical background
- Ability to gather key information from client interviews, understand complicated problems and translate into requirements
- Comfortable working with designers and engineers
- Experienced with a fast-paced Scrum Agile processes
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where being self-directed, determined, and resilient are a requirement

Bonus Points if you...
- Have experience (or active interest) in building blockchain and/or Ethereum products
- Have experience in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
