Bitcoin.com Exchange - a brand new exchange by Bitcoin.com, the industry leader in creating the next generation of sound financial tools to the entire world - is looking for a talented Product Marketing/Growth Manager to join its team.

As the Product Marketing/Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of the exchange, growing its user base and defining the market position within the context of the overall product strategy of Bitcoin.com’s evolving Financial Services.

We are looking for a seasoned team player to work alongside an outstanding team currently leading the exchange. This role, reporting to the head of exchange, will work closely with stakeholders from our partners as well as the rest of bitcoin.com’s marketing, business development and product teams across our global locations.

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market plans partnering closely with Product, Design, Paid Acquisition, Content, Social and PR

• Design and lead a growth strategy across all channels including (but not limited to) SEM/Paid Search (PPC), Display, SEO, events, email marketing, mobile native and web campaigns, social media

•Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and execute them through regularly reviewing and tuning the growth loops

• Manage execution and track progress of product marketing campaigns and take corrective actions by liaising with the stakeholders involved

• Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on.

• Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.
A/B testing ideas whilst analyzing the data and users’ feedback.

• Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.

• Driving traffic to the exchange, landing pages, social media etc.

• Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.

• Prioritizing growth channels.

• Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of ones business.

• Scaling and Automating the growth processes.
Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
