Our mission is to empower fintech projects to execute on their vision by offering them secure access to the largest financial network in the world (the Wyre Network).

To accomplish this mission, we’ve built a simple set of tools that allows fintech projects to materialize their visions. (1) Our instant Fiat-to-Crypto Checkout gateway is now being used by hundreds of applications (ie. MetaMask, Opera, BRD) to offer the best way to convert card payments into crypto, and (2) our flexible APIs (Transfers API, Custody API, Users API), allow projects to build e-wallets, merchant processing services, and money transfer platforms from the ground up.

We focus on compliance, licensing, regulatory, liquidity, and payment processing aspects so our partners can do what they do best, creating amazing tools on the blockchain.

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the center of product, engineering, sales, and design, combining deep product and industry knowledge to help drive product strategy and get features out to our partners. We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to serve as the voice of our customers and help us reach the next stage of growth. The ideal candidate is a storyteller with deep customer empathy and a get-it-done mentality.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end GTM and launch efforts for release bundles, this includes coordinating market testing/validation and beta programs, developing enablement tools, delivering sales training, through to organizing external launch and outbound promotions
- Lead the process for creating product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the buying audience. - Ensure all relevant internal stakeholders and external partners have input
- Establish a standard framework and best practices for running beta programs and organizing market feedback from customers and sales to inform product roadmap and user experiences
- Lead go to market planning and strategies. Collaborate with product management, partnerships and other departments during product and feature launches
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used in product development and marketing

Requirements
- 6+ years of product marketing experience from a new B2B2C/Platforms/Fintech/SaaS
- Experience crafting & implementing customer segmentation based on demographics, attitudes, behaviors and lifetime value
- Experience working with a sales team and developing sales collateral
- Excellent communication skills; client-facing experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
- Outstanding prioritization and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
- Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
