About the Job

We are looking for a proven product owner to take ownership of our cryptocurrency risk mitigation platform.

It is a platform that brings the functionality of crypto-insurance, deposit protection, key recovery, cryptocurrency wills, AML, KYC, Buy/Sell crypto, onboarding, account creation. Our business partners integrate the platform elements into their own products through APIs and our SDK.

You are an experienced Product Owner, experienced in planning, designing and delivering products. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and entrepreneurial problem-solver who wants to work in an early-stage business, start-up environment.

Responsibilities
Shape the product strategy and roadmap for a Coincover platform.

Know our customers and their problems and identify opportunities to improve their experience using Coincover.

Track and analyse the performance of our platform and incorporate key learnings into your product optimisation strategies.

Own the numbers. Define KPIs for your product, analyse the impact of changes and provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with UX design, engineering and operations teams to develop the product, drive adoption and maximise product engagement.

Manage the product backlog, clearly articulating and agreeing the user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritising to ultimately help deliver the overall product vision.

Work with the wider team and marketing to develop new feature propositions, helping to shape the voice of the product and reach the right market to grow a loyal customer base.
