About the Job

The Sales Associate role will be working as part of the Sales team focused on the growth and adoption of the Cyclebit mPOS solution.

The Sales Associate will be tasked with engaging with potential merchants through in-person canvassing, face to face sales and demo pitches, online sales channels and resources, as well as networking at events, seminars, and conferences.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation in the Nightlife and Entertainment, Travel and Hospitality, Gaming, Food and Beverage and Luxury industries. The role also requires the candidate to provide ongoing support to retailers who they have on-boarded to the Cyclebit platform.

• Make B2B calls (cold & warm) to prospective customers to generate new business

• Identify new customer prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in an expeditious manner

• In addition, maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service is maintained and to identify potential new sales opportunities with these existing clients

• Efficiently and effectively plan and organize a daily work schedule that maximizes face-to-face customer contact. Involve management or other technical personal as needed to enhance efforts

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets by assessing client needs and following an effective selling process with new and existing customers. Utilize all company available resources as needed

•Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
