ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for a sales and business development representative, who can help us expand our client base and onboard new partners to the cryptonities ecosystem: Blockchain applications, Retail and private investors, journalists and crypto enthusiasts.
Your main focus will be to lead the sales team and build a proper sales pipeline and improve our lead generation funnel, to ultimately clinch new sales and partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) You should be a crypto enthusiast, who has previous experience in ICO marketing, community management, sales and understands how token sales, ICOs, and IEOs work.

2) Must be a perfect English speaker, an additional language is a plus

3) Must be always confident enough to close any deal, with the ability to share enthusiasm and share a vision to prospects and leads.

4) Respect the number one rule at cryptonities: Always keep a great attitude, even when you fail.

EXPECTATIONS AND GROWTH:

1) As a sales development manager, there is a lot of room for growth within our team
that is expanding the reach of cryptonities in the crypto space.

2) You will learn a lot about Token sales and Initial exchange offerings, get to constantly meet new friends and partners ( crypto exchanges, retail, and private investors, media outlets, and data-analytics companies )

3) we build our culture based on transparency, and your final compensation will depend on your sales. You will receive monthly equity on every sale you make.
