About the Job
About us:
MixBytes is a team of blockchain developers, auditors, and analysts. We design and build open-source solutions, perform security audits, test blockchain network performance, and consult companies on blockchain integration into their businesses.
Responsibilities:
You will be looking for potential clients for our services (tech consulting and blockchain/decentralized projects/software architecture, decentralized project/software design, security audits of blockchain networks and smart contracts, blockchain testing and benchmarking)
Manage the whole sales cycle ( generate leads-identify client needs-prepare and promote proposals in collaboration with the tech team-negotiate and handle client objections-prepare contracts- close up deals and control payment cash flow)
Manage CRM and sales reporting
Requirements:
3 years of sales experience (IT, finance, consulting)
Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate and above)
Proactivity and positive attitude
Understanding of blockchain market specifics and a vast contact base will be a big plus
What we offer:
Possible remote work (our office is located in Moscow)
Competitive remuneration package: fixed salary + % sales bonus (to be discussed with a successful candidate)
Probation period: 2 months
