About the Job

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the technical architecture, business model design and R & D of the platform back-end system;
2. Solve the technical difficulties and performance tuning in project development;
3. Responsible for the training and coaching of technical personnel, delegate responsibilities of other technical team members;
4. Work with business department, product and test team to ensure code quality and project success.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with a major in computer science of computer engineering;
2. More than 3 years of Java development experience, deep understanding and practical experience of Java technology stack;
3. Familiar with Linux system, mysql, SVN, GitHub and other management tools;
4. Familiar with spring boot, spring MVC, mybatis and other mainstream development frameworks;
5. Familiar with big data processing technology, have large-scale distributed, high concurrency, big data processing system design and development experience;
6. Familiar with cache, MQ and other technologies, have rich experience in background performance optimization;
7. Strong code ability, system design ability, ability to lead technical problems, management experience of small development team, able to lead the development team to carry out development work;
