About the Job

WINGS’ mission is the promotion of new, open decentralized technology architectures development and applications. In particular the promotion and maintenance of the WINGS protocol and the corresponding technology, as well as the promotion and support of applications using the protocol.

WINGS DApp (http://wings.ai) is an ICO forecasting platform curated by thousands of members, many of whom are established cryptocurrency professionals and invest in the very projects they forecast on.

We're looking for an experienced UX Researcher to deliver high quality product designs and experiences across WINGS DApp platform.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understand and translate strategic company goals, business requirements, and user tasks and expectations into compelling user experiences.


• Research, perform analysis and gather strategic intelligence to provide insight regarding the user market, trends and our customer needs, pain points and behaviors.


• Facilitate a user-centered design and product development process that advocates for users’ needs and perspectives.


• Design and conduct qualitative studies, including field observations and interviews, remote and in-person usability studies for existing and future products.


• Masterfully translate PRDs, sketches, ideas and concepts into high-fidelity wireframes, storyboards and prototypes.


• Employ and execute a wide range of usability tools, such as heuristic review, metrics, usability testing, survey research, experiment design and statistical analysis.


• Develop, communicate, and maintain design standards and requirements.

• ​5+​ ​years​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​UX Research and​ ​Design​, including​ ​designing​ ​for​ ​web​ ​and​ ​mobile products.


• Demonstrate​ ​an​ ​ability​ ​to​ ​clearly​ ​understand​ ​an​ ​end​ ​user’s​ ​perspective​ ​by​ ​doing​ ​user​ ​research, and​ ​provide​ ​design​ ​recommendations​ ​accordingly,​ ​creating​ ​task​ ​flows,​ ​navigation​ ​patterns, information​ ​architecture,​ ​concept​ ​diagrams,​ ​user​ ​journeys,​ ​and​ ​any​ ​other​ ​design​ ​artifacts.


• Proficient with user interface design patterns and UCD methodologies.


• A master of prototyping and usability tools such as Sketch App, Invision, Axure, Balasamiq Mockups, Principle... etc.


• Strong​ ​portfolio​ ​featuring​ ​ ​work​ ​that​ ​showcases​ ​an​ ​understanding​ ​of​ ​UX design,​ ​interaction​ ​design,​ ​information​ ​design,​ and ​research skills.


• Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills.


• A team player who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm with all kinds of people with different skills.


• Ability to receive constructive criticism and applying it towards improving designs.


• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.


• Fluency in both English and Russian, verbal and written.


• Academic degree in Product Design, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent work experience.


• Willingness to learn about blockchain, enthusiasm or prior knowledge is a huge plus.
