About the Job

Cradles is a rapidly growing metaverse/gaming project and looking for team members who believe in the power of Metaverse game and next gen combinable NFT.

We are looking for an experienced social media manager who has the passion and desire to work with a revolutionary start up.

You need to have very strong communication skills as clear communication with our core team and our community members will be crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
* Actively follow crypto Twitter, find threads and topics to engage with
* Meme around trending topics
* Develop a social media marketing strategy
* Collaborate with our Community Manager to generate stimulating and refreshing content for our social media platforms
* Scale, engage and manage our Discord/Telegram communities
* Launch, manage and host marketing campaigns (AMAs, polls, live streams, giveaways, Twitter Spaces, Podcasts)
* Build, grow and manage all of our social media presence (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Insta)
* Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
* Have some design skills (Adobe Photoshop,Canva)
* Monitor KPIs, traffic metrics and community growth and engagement
* Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Requirements:
- The work is remote.
- Experience working within the blockchain industry is a MUST
- Deep knowledge of the NFT, GameFi, DeFi and Blockchain space, as well as Discord and Telegram environments, is required;
- Be able to receive and process your own payments in USDT/USDC/ETH;
- Have ERC-20/BSC/Polygon compatible private wallets
- Excellent English copywriting skills are essential

There is a 30-day probationary period for this position.
