Leva is a fintech company based in Bern & Zurich, reshaping the private equity industry. We are all about access. Fair access to markets, capital and great investment opportunities regardless of someone's social status, relationship or personal wealth. Therefore, our mission is to democratize the potential of private markets. We do this by building an investor-led wealth management platform on a distributed ledger.
Due to the fast growth of our business, we are offering positions for a Teamleader Development and have open positions for Frontend / Backend Developers to join our community. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will entail:
• Working alongside the Leva team (currently 8 strong and growing)
• Based on the skills and experience, leading a development team or being part of a development team
• Overseeing overall product development (frontend / backend)
• Development of secure architecture for financial two-sided market / trading platform
• Disciplines include security, accountancy and financial systems
• Other suitable work dependant on skills
Skills & Requirements
The successful candidate has a technical degree and proven track record of the following
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Product engineer with experience from conceptual design to go-to-market
• Experience in web development skills (MySQL, Django > 1.8, React JS, JS, CSS(SCSS), HTML)
• DevOps: Cloud hosting, Apache Web Server, Elasticsearch
• Versed in software development methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban, etc
Nice-to-have:
• has leadership skills and can take on responsibilities for project deliverables
• is able to deliver minimum viable products on short timelines
• is fluent in written and spoken English
• has hunger to learn, improve your knowledge and not fazed by a challenge
• enjoys working within a team
