Accepting applications for the role of Admin for an ICO advisor company.

The responsibilities include:

- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Maintain contact lists
- Answer and make phone calls
- Create and reply emails

- Manage blogs and social media accounts
- Handle marketing/influencer outreach
- Create presentations and sales materials

- Collaborate with writers, graphic artists, and designers
- Manage remote workers
- Build teams and recruit other virtual assistants
- Serve as a point of contact for other team members

- Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar
- Book travel accommodations
- Type documents, mail letters, and take notes
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Handle financial tasks in payroll and accounting
- Make business purchases and deal with vendors

You are expected to:

- Pay attention to details
- Possess problem-solving skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
