I have upgraded the Burnable Payment contract to support an additional Open state, where the worker is set and is waiting for a payer to commit. I need an experienced web3 fronted developer to 1. Add support for this additional "worker-opened" state, and 2. Overhaul the visual and UX design to a more intuitive interface (I'll provide mockups for the new design).

Clean, well-documented code is a must, so please include examples with source of web3 frontend development you've worked on before.

If I'm satisfied with the work, there will be more projects directly after this one.
