Hi!

Since past 2.5 years I have been working remotely as a Community Manager and KYC Onboarding specialist at Fractal ID & Protocol which is a Web3 project. I manage their communities on Telegram, Discord & our chat and email customer support channels. Managed the Ambassador program and moderated AMA's in the channel.

Recently I also did a 1 month internship at an NFT startup called Redlion. I worked there as a Social media assistant. My duties included uploading the content in the content calendar to Twitter everyday. Collaborating with the team during meetings to work on the strategies of the company for the future. Did research about the latest crypto news as Redlion is a Crypto/NFT news outlet. Wrote headlines on twitter to go along with the posts. And made and uploaded a lot of memes on a daily basis.

I’m also certified in “Blockchain and FinTech: Basics, Applications, and Limitations” from The University of Hong Kong.

I have 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing in an e-commerce startup and I am certified in Google Adwords & Google Analytics. I have created and managed PPC & social media campaigns, created the posts in Photoshop & Canva, written the copy, scheduled them using applications such as Buffer and Sprout Social. I managed the end to end social media marketing for the company.

I believe my experience as a Community Manager and a Digital Marketing Associate has equipped with the right tools to take on the challenges this job position has to offer. It would also provide me an opportunity to work with talented individuals and expand my knowledge about the crypto industry.
