I applied for this position since I have 5 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support roles and I believe my skills and qualifications make me a strong candidate for this position. Also, I'm currently looking for new opportunities on the Crypto space and would be very grateful if you could consider me for this position please.

I'm a crypto enthusiast and I have been trading crypto for more than 4 years. Also, I have experience on Digital Marketing, I was trained in Community Manager and UX/UI in different business sectors.

I emphasize that I have experience on blockchain, crypto, DeFi, P2P, Account's safety, KYC, Deposit, Withdraw, Spot Trading, Margin trading, and handling customer contacts by phone, chat, email. I have good knowledge on Intercom, Usedesk, Zendesk, Slack, Hootsuite, Live chat and experience in KYC and identifying AML red flags.

I have experience writing and editing help content on exchanges crypto (from english to spanish), making it easier for users to find answers online.

I have experience working on crypto exchange (Gate.io) as Technical Support Specialst, UX/marketing roles and I worked as a Crypto/NFTs Agent at Assure Defi were my main goal was to promote KYC services for projects focused in DeFi, NFTs, Startup, Metaverse, GameFi and even traditional registered businesses.

I would like to add, I have strong knowledge about web metrics management, understanding about influencer marketing and trends. Strong attention to detail, Analytic Skills, Technical background, API experience, analyzing and solving customer issues.
