I have 2 years of experience in managing nft, DeFi, Metaverso, p2e and other communities. Throughout my experience I have been in charge of Telegram and Discord groups, as well as creating written content for publications on Instagram, Reddit, Medium, Twitter, among others. Also I've been in charge of planning and coordinating the timing of publications, part of my job has been to personally publish the posts (receiving the graphics from the design department) and evaluate the impact on the community. I have developed strategies to control communities in moments of chaos and FUD, as well as to maintain a friendly and pleasant environment in the community. I have also worked in the technical support area, attending, solving and closing tickets created by users.
