As a technical/UX writer, my role was to create clear and concise documentation and user assistance materials that help users understand and effectively use our product and service. This includes writing user manuals, online help files, tutorials, and other technical documents that explain how to use our product and service. I wrote the whitepaper and whitepaper. I also work closely with development and design teams to ensure that the documentation and user assistance materials accurately reflect the product and service and are consistent with user interface design. Additionally, I was responsible for conducting user research and testing to gather feedback on the documentation and user assistance materials and make improvements based on that feedback.

As an aviation reporter, my role involves researching and reporting on news and developments related to the aviation industry. This includes coverage of airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers, and other companies and organizations involved in the field. My responsibilities include writing news articles, conducting interviews, and attending events and conferences related to aviation. Additionally, I may also be responsible for providing analysis and commentary on industry trends and issues, as well as producing multimedia content such as videos and photographs. Overall, my role as an aviation reporter involves staying informed about the latest developments in the aviation industry and communicating that information to the public in a clear and engaging manner.
