Over the past 2 years, I have worked as a Customer Support Representative for IQ Option, gaining experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting them in navigating the complex world of trading Forex, Stocks, Commodities, and Cryptocurrencies.
My journey into cryptocurrency began amidst the bull run of 2021. What started as a mild interest evolved into a deeper understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi and crypto communities.
This experience has led me to realize that the backbone of any company or project lies not only in acquiring new users and clients but also, and perhaps most importantly, in ensuring the satisfaction of existing ones. Especially in such an innovative and sometimes volatile space as the crypto universe, retaining clients and ensuring their satisfaction is the most effective way to guarantee a project's longevity.
Currently, I am actively seeking an opportunity that would allow me to work remotely in the sector as a Community Manager or Customer Support Representative on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
