Hello, I'm Julian, currently actively looking
for a Web3 role. I have been involved in
Crypto since 2018, and the NFT market
since early 2021. Prior to that, I ran my
own successful Personal Training business
before deciding to focus my energy on
Web3. I believe Blockchain and Al are the
future of all things, and am continually
upskilling. I am currently studying Al
prompting and creation, as well as
studying a Bachelor Degree in Animation
and Game Design.

As the NFT sector is a nascent emerging market, there are many times we see project founders walking away from projects as they don't realise the demanding workload thrust upon them by large communities and investors from all over the world. This is all too common in the PFP NFT space.
This is what happened with Bulls On the Block, the most hyped 10k PFP project released after BAYC in June of 2021. After numerous issues within this project stemming from it's founders, I led a community takeover and negotiated terms with the original founders to save the project and have assets transferred. We worked with a small amount of funds in a community wallet and put together a team in an attempt to revive the project and were successful in some measures, eventually leading to an acquisition by a more high powered company.
My role as project manager was to hire and lead the global team of 7, I have experience in a multitude of areas including DAO, gnosis multisig, deployer wallets, website UX, management, social media, budgeting, partnerships etc.
Now that I have finished this role, I'm looking for something new and feel I have a lot to contribute.

Whilst in the health and fitness field I also wrote a book titled Journey to Wellness: How to Improve Fitness, Nutrition and Mindset.
The idea behind it was a holistic approach to improving oneself based three key elements in our lives as mentioned above and how they intertwine rather than working separately.
I feel these are valuable areas of knowledge no matter what field we work in.

In this role I was a backup administrator working out of a data centre. The role included support desk requests from international clients requiring backups of data to physical disk, storage administration, physical server technical support etc.
Working within a medium sized team for a large international corporation, I was required to show adaptability, initiative and timely responses to requests.
