I am an experienced Crypto HR manager with exposure to policy creation, Operations, Recruitment, and legal functions within the HR department.
I've worked closely with the C-Suite to determine HR strategy and Human capital needs.
I have successfully coordinated a restructuring of a global team to streamline processes and set the company up for success.
I have been in charge of coordinating with various recruiters to build out a full development team and managed an internal recruiter that helped us find talent internally as well. (Recruiters can be costly if you rely on them only)
