My experience in the web3 space isn't as much 'workwise' as it is 'self taught'. I have studied and devoted my time to not only participate in projects in the space but also learn about what web3 has to offer to someone as myself. I would love the opportunity to be given a career choice in the web3 space and also expand my repertoire of skills to further push the goals of any company that gives me that opportunity. My moderation skill comes from my real life work experience and it has taught me how to properly manage and know what a company wants and does not want in their platform, which also thankfully allows me to be able to manage platforms as social medias. I also have an extensive knowledge in video games which I know many web3 companies are starting to implement in their projects as well.
