I am an experienced HR professional looking to move into a project manager position. My experience in managing resources and coordinating various HR initiatives has allowed me to develop important skills and qualities that I am ready to apply in the role of project manager.
As an HR professional, I have learned how to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to achieve goals, and manage complex projects within established budgets and deadlines. My ability to analyze information, make informed decisions and adapt quickly to new situations has made me a successful HR professional.
