My name is Tushar Tapadia. I've been riding the tech wave for over 2 years now, serving as a founding member of the tech team at Velvet Capital.
At Velvet, I wore many hats as a Full Stack Backend and Smart Contract Engineer. It was an exhilarating journey where I poured my heart into crafting efficient smart contracts and building the backend infrastructure to support them. This led us to achieve a TVL of over $4 million in just under 6 months.
Beyond the numbers, what truly fueled my passion were the challenges we faced and overcame as a team. From defining backend architectures to implementing scalable solutions on AWS, every hurdle was an opportunity to learn and grow.
One of the highlights of my time at Velvet was representing the company at various hackathons, including ETHCC, ETH India, and ETH NYC where I won for the company. These experiences not only sharpened my skills but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for collaboration and innovation.
Now, I'm on the lookout for my next adventure, hungry for new challenges that will push me to new heights. I'm eager to find a role where I can continue to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
