15 years experience primarily in IT/Telecommunications infrastructure, performing various roles including support engineer, project implementation lead, cloud architect, strategic advisor, product manager. In this time I’ve gained an advanced understanding of business IT hardware/software alongside a wide range of experience and perspectives which I use to lead and support the end-to-end development and management of technology products and services.

I’m a blockchain/crypto follower, enthusiast, investor, and user. Investigated Bitcoin out of technical curiosity in 2010; became many times more interested after being introduced to Ethereum and smart contracts in 2014. As a habitual gamer I’ve more recently been attracted to NFT, metaverse and gaming use cases, this includes the gamification of finance. I’ve worked through a major paradigm shift in compute and network infrastructure. A migration from owning private single application servers in offices/datacentres, via virtualisation, into shared infrastructure and software subscriptions from cloud service providers. Now I want to leverage that experience and apply it to a growing sector that is of great interest to me.
