My name is Dmitry, I’m 31 years old. I am based in Mexico and was born in Novosibirsk, the capital of Siberia (Russia). At sixteen, I became interested in journalism and started my career at a local newspaper then moved to a state television network. A couple of years later, I was invited to study at one of the most prestigious universities in Russia and moved to Moscow. While in the capital, I found enough time to work for several digital media outlets and went to an internship at a German radio station. In 2012, I started working in Metro International’s Moscow editorial. I grew within the company over all these years to become Editor-in-Chief in the English department and Deputy Chief Editor in the Spanish division of the global office. I left Metro International in May 2024 and now work as a content manager and SEO expert.
