About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and driven Community Strategist to join the Dock team. You will have the opportunity to grow, moderate, and drive engagement in our community of 10,000 members. You will be responsible for managing all community interactions and customer support across all Social Media and Chat platforms that include Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. Our ideal candidate is already an advanced Crypto user that spends a lot of time in online Crypto and Web3 community channels, and genuinely enjoys interacting with other users and helping everyone to learn from each other. You will be the official liaison to our growing community and responsible for the public perceptions of our DiD and Verifiable Credential products, blockchain ecosystem, and Web3 initiatives.

What you will do:
* Implement the online community moderation strategy, coordinate with stakeholders across the company to ensure its effectiveness and provide a superior quality of customer service and support to our community
* Work with marketing and communications department to create and execute strategy across all Dock's channels, including; Telegram, Discord, Twitter and LinkedIn. Monitor these channels and develop strategies for growth via an analytical approach
* Work closely with the business to ensure ongoing activities within the community are meeting Growth metrics. Act as a bridge to relay back critical feedback and pain points back to the team
* Ideate, organize, and schedule community events (AMAs, Giveaways, Community Calls, Twitter Spaces) for Dock and with partner projects
* Engaging in other important Crypto community channels. Monitoring hashtags and joining in community conversations

* Co-create and publish engaging thought leadership on issues in the Web3 space via Twitter, Blog, Quora, and Reddit
* Review and publish user impact statements, update our Ambassadors, and brier the Dock management team with your progress
* Ability to seek out potential marketing opportunities, including collaborations, speaking opportunities, or cross community marketing campaigns


Skills

Organisational and multi-tasking skills, use of community platform moderation tools (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Commenting etc.) and how to identify and track relevant community metrics.

Compensation

up to 2000 USD/month
